Kelly Schwarz

Kelly Schwarz is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a robust background in driving customer engagement and satisfaction across various high-growth startups. Currently at Talkable, Kelly manages customer success initiatives and previously contributed to the founding of Customer Success teams at both Thread and Baydin (Boomerang), overseeing multiple accounts and enhancing onboarding and implementation processes. With a decade of experience at Advantage Testing of Houston LLC as a Technical Solutions Consultant and Account Manager, Kelly focused on streamlining operational workflows and integrating SaaS solutions. Kelly is also an active member of Women in Customer Success, selected as a 2023 mentee, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
