Paula Arguindegui

Paula Arguindegui is an experienced executive leadership coach currently working at Talking Talent since August 2022. Paula founded Paula-A in December 2016, providing tailored coaching services. Prior experience includes serving as Owner and Vice-President of ESA Latin America from October 2003 to August 2022, offering comprehensive event and travel management solutions across the region. Additionally, Paula was the Executive Director at NOA from September 2001 to August 2003, leading international projects and engaging with leaders in various sectors. Earlier roles include Business Development Executive at Correo Argentino from March 1998 to April 2002. Paula holds multiple coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation and iPEC Coaching, alongside a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
