Laura Magnuson

Laura Magnuson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura is currently the VP of Clinical Engagement at Talkspace. Prior to that, they worked at Cigna as a clinical behavioral account manager for four years. Before joining Cigna, Laura held a Senior Director of Outpatient Services role at Aurora Behavioral Health System from 2015 to 2018, and a Director of Patient Services role from 2013 to 2015. Laura also has experience as a Supervisor at Crisis Response Network, a Crisis Counselor at Compass Mental Health, a Clinical Coordinator at Choices Network of Arizona, a Court Conciliator at Maricopa County, and a Probation Officer at Maricopa County Adult Probation. Laura started their career as an Academic Counselor at the University of Phoenix in 2004.

Laura Magnuson received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University between 1998 and 2002. Laura then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Forensic Psychology at City University of New York-John Jay College of Criminal Justice from 2002 to 2004. Later, Laura completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006.
