Lucas Baugé

Lucas Baugé has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Lucas started their career as a Management Consultant at Devoteam in 2000 before moving on to France Telecom UK as a Corporate Development Manager in 2001. In 2004, they joined Wanadoo UK as the Chief of Staff in the CEO Office and later became the Head of B2B Broadband services.

Lucas then transitioned to Orange, where they held the roles of Head of Marketing Planning for B2C Broadband and Head of Strategy. Lucas played a key role in the recovery of sales and the development of marketing and communication plans for the Home Business Unit.

In 2011, Lucas joined EE, where they initially served as the Head of Corporate Strategy. Lucas was responsible for developing the company's vision and strategic plan. Lucas then became the Head of P&L Delivery and Pricing, overseeing the optimization of revenue for the Pay-Monthly mobile portfolio and leading pricing projects. Under their leadership, EE experienced unprecedented year-on-year growth in Pay-Monthly revenue.

Lucas worked as a Senior TMT Strategy Consultant at a freelance capacity from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Commercial - Full Fibre at TalkTalk Business, starting from 2020.

Lucas Baugé has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève where they pursued a Classe Préparatoire with a focus on Advanced Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. From 1997 to 2000, Lucas pursued a MSc./BSc. in Telecoms Engineering & Management at Télecom SudParis. During this time, they also completed an MSc. in Mobile Communications at the University of Surrey in 1999-2000.

In 2018, Lucas attended the London Business School for Executive Education in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions.

In terms of additional certifications, Lucas obtained the "Business Development Foundations: Researching Market and Customer Needs" certification from LinkedIn in November 2019. Lucas also obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in 2004, although the institution where they obtained it is not specified.
