Jamie Heaton

Jamie Heaton is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and campaign management. As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at TalkTalk since July 2019, Jamie has honed expertise in marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Jamie served as a Customer Marketing Manager at TalkTalk Business from May 2015 to July 2019. Jamie's career began at Kirona, where Jamie held various positions, including Head of Marketing. Jamie holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Marketing from Lancaster University and has completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week. Additionally, Jamie has obtained an ISBA Media Foundation Certificate.
