Rachel Mercer

Rachel Mercer has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Rachel started their career as an Accounts Assistant at Alfa Travel in 2005, where they gained foundational knowledge in finance. In 2008, they joined TalkTalk as a Business Analyst in Finance, where they provided support to the business by reviewing monthly financial performance and driving changes for growth. Rachel then progressed to the role of Senior Finance Manager - Business Partner (Sales) at TalkTalk Business in 2011, where they worked closely with the sales team to optimize financial outcomes. In 2019, they took on the position of Senior FTTC & Bband Performance Manager at TalkTalk Business, focusing on broadband and future full-fibre/higher speed variants. Rachel is currently working at TalkTalk as their Head of Commercial Finance, a role they began in 2023. Overall, Rachel has consistently demonstrated their expertise and adaptability in finance roles, consistently driving positive outcomes for their employers.

Rachel Mercer attended Southlands High School from 1997 to 2002. Rachel then pursued Accounting and Finance at Runshaw College from 2002 to 2003.
