Sarah Blake

Sarah Blake, Chartered FCIPD, has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Sarah most recently worked as the Chief People Officer for TalkTalk Consumer, where they led the people agenda and drove the talent agenda to create diverse teams. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director for TalkTalk, overseeing the HR strategy for the Consumer and B2B organization. Sarah also held the role of Human Resources Director for TalkTalk Business and Shared Services. Before their time at TalkTalk, Sarah took a career break for 18 months to spend time with their family. Earlier in their career, they worked at Centrica as the Head of HR, Projects & Change, Head of HR for Electrical Services, Dyno and Growth Businesses, HR Change Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Delivery Manager. Sarah started their career as an HR Manager at Wheelabrator Group.

Sarah Blake, Chartered FCIPD, has a background in Theatre Acting and Devised Performance, having studied at the University of Leeds. Sarah also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Salford.
