Victoria Huang serves as a Principal Customer Success Manager at Talkwalker, where the mission revolves around bridging the gap between brands and consumers through advanced consumer intelligence. With extensive experience in consulting and customer success, Victoria previously held the role of Manager of Consulting Services at Wolters Kluwer, focusing on team development and software adoption. Prior to that, Victoria accumulated significant experience at XCM Solutions, LLC, both as Senior Manager and Senior Project Manager, and worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at MIT and Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Victoria holds an M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
