Kent Andersen is an accomplished culinary professional and executive leader with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and World Certified Master Chef at Tall Hat Foods since October 2009, Kent also holds the positions of CEO and Research & Development Chef at Chef's Table Foods, and Chief Executive Officer at both Prime Culinary Holdings and Grande Cuisine Culinary Enterprises. With a formal education that includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Brigham Young University, along with specialized culinary training from the New England Culinary Institute, Kent has developed a robust skill set in culinary arts, research, and business management.
