Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and World Certified Master Chef at Tall Hat Foods since October 2009, Kent also holds the positions of CEO and Research & Development Chef at Chef's Table Foods, and Chief Executive Officer at both Prime Culinary Holdings and Grande Cuisine Culinary Enterprises. With a formal education that includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Brigham Young University, along with specialized culinary training from the New England Culinary Institute, Kent has developed a robust skill set in culinary arts, research, and business management.
