Brian Childs

Brian Childs is an accomplished real estate professional with significant experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Business Partner and Franchise Owner at Tall Poppy Real Estate since May 2014, Brian holds the title of Area Licence Owner for Hutt Valley, where efforts focus on building a skilled team of licensed salespeople. Prior to this, Brian was recognized as the Number 1 Sales Person in the Wellington Region at Gillies & Mark Professionals from May 2006 to May 2014, earning accolades such as the Supreme Agent Award in 2011/2012 and ranking in the top 2% of sales for Professionals New Zealand. Earlier in Brian's career, a role as a Customs Officer at Customs New Zealand lasted from 1981 to 1985. Educational background includes primary schooling at St Josephs Primary in Upper Hutt and Saint Patricks College Silverstream.
