George Jensen

George Jensen is a skilled natural resources professional currently serving as the Southwest Georgia Prescribed Burn Association Coordinator at Tall Timbers Research Station & Land Conservancy, while also contributing as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas University, teaching Ecology, Geography, and Fire Science. With a Master's degree in Forestry and Fire Ecology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, George has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at both the University and The Jones Center at Ichauway, focusing on climate adaptive silviculture and fire ecology in longleaf pine forests.
