Joseph Halsey serves as the Coordinator of Student Success/ADA and has held multiple roles, including Admissions/Records Clerk and Adjunct Instructor in Political Science and Ethics at Southern Union State Community College since January 2013. Halsey also teaches History and Humanities as an Adjunct Instructor at Talladega College since September 2021 and has experience as a Voting Machine Custodian and Election Administration Consultant for the Clay County, Alabama Office of Probate Judge since February 2012.
