Richard Payne has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard started their career as a Design Research & Development/Project Manager at Gunnebo Troax AB, where they focused on developing clean room systems. Richard then worked as a Consultant at Human Capital before joining Correlate Search as an Execution Associate, where they covered energy and metal markets for global clients. Richard later worked at Self-Employed as a Freelance Commodities Business Intelligence professional.

In 2010, Richard joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Centre of Expertise, Talent Acquisition, where they developed the in-house capability to directly approach competitor employees and built relationships with key stakeholders.
