Melika Kiilmaa

Melika Kiilmaa is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at AS Tallinna Vesi since January 2023, Melika has held similar positions at Levira and AS Starman from January 2018 to January 2023 and December 2014 to January 2018, respectively. Melika began a legal career as a legal advisor at Law Office COBALT and served as Head of the Legal Department at AS EMT from January 2007 to August 2014. Additional experience includes membership on the Management Board at BPW Estonia and roles at Law Office Glimstedt, Straus & Partners and the Bank of Estonia/Financial Supervision Authority. Melika's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tartu, a Mag iur in law, and a BA in law from the Institute of Law at the University of Tartu.
