Andrew Susman, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tally Energy Services. Prior to that, Andrew held the same position at Quick Fitting Holding Company, LLC, where they established accounting and financial management processes and implemented the NetSuite ERP system.
Before their role at Quick Fitting, Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer at Pinnacle, where they worked closely with the CEO to set a strategic, five-year vision and developed a three-year implementation plan. Andrew also redefined performance metrics across functional lines.
Earlier in their career, Andrew spent several years at bp, where they held multiple roles including VP FP&A, Upstream, Commercial Director, US Gulf of Mexico, Director, Upstream Portfolio, Business Development Team Leader / Portfolio Advisor, Upstream, Operations Finance Leader, US Onshore, Planning Coordinator, Upstream, Upstream Segment Performance Analyst, Project Controller, Offshore Major Projects, and Commercial Analyst, US Deepwater Business Unit. Throughout these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved significant improvements in team productivity, capital efficiency, and financial performance through various process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Prior to bp, Andrew worked at BDO as a Senior Accountant in the Valuation & Litigation Support department and at Arthur Andersen in the Valuation Services Group.
Throughout their career, Andrew has consistently showcased their expertise in financial management, strategic planning, process improvements, team leadership, and driving digital transformation.
Andrew Susman, CPA completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas, between 1993 and 1997. Andrew continued their studies at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2000 to 2001, earning a Master's degree in Professional Accounting. Andrew also holds additional certifications, including CGMA (obtained year and month unavailable) and Certified Public Accountant (obtained year and month unavailable), both from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
