Silpa Williams (Gohil) has a diverse background in talent management and assessment. Silpa currently serves as the Sales Director - Talent Management at Talogy, a company that combines psychology and technology to help organizations worldwide find the best talent. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Psychologist (Strengths Assessment) at Strengths Partnership Ltd in 2016. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Consultant - Assessment & Selection at Alexander Mann Solutions. Before that, they served as a Senior Consultant at Saville Assessment from 2013 to 2014. In 2012, Silpa took a sabatical and traveled. Silpa also had previous roles at Saville Assessment as a Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2012 and as a Consultant from 2007 to 2012.

Silpa Williams (Gohil) completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology at Oxford Brookes University from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at the University of Surrey from 2005 to 2006.
