Sharon Simon

Sharon is a high-performing sales manager that has consistently driven Talon towards success throughout her many years in different roles within the firm. She is responsible for maximizing the account executive team’s potential in crafting sales plans and delivering maximum results.

Sharon’s entire professional career has been with Talon since she was an intern, as the key player who began The Talon Internship Program. She quickly grew into a successful account executive and is now a sales manager with a successful team. Sharon believes that the keys to success in the staffing industry are becoming a trusted partner to their clients while building strong relationships on both a professional and personal level. She has the ability to understand complex strategic IT requirements with a unique approach.

Sharon is a member of Talon’s Stars program and has aided Talon in winning many different engagements at some of their most valued clients.

Sharon graduated with a bachelor of art in marketing from Rider University.
