Mathew Thomas, Vice President of Operations, oversees operations and corporate services at TalTeam — including employee engagement, recruitment, resource management, performance management, learning management, organizational development, overall productivity and effectiveness.

With over 15 years of experience, Thomas has a proven track record of developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability. As a strategic thinker, he has a passion for new ideas with a reputation of being highly innovative and results oriented. He demonstrates the ability to handle multiple business lines simultaneously utilizing complex and high performance teams. He interprets industry trends to articulate potential risks and rewards while identifying new opportunities.

Thomas joined TalTeam in 2011. He is certified in Business Management and Strategic Human Resource Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
