Katia Filina

Katia Filina is a seasoned technical sales representative at TAM International since February 2018, specializing in offshore plug and abandonment, well suspension, and pressure-testing services, with significant experience in US land operations. Previously, Katia served as the USA regional sales manager and drilling engineering subject matter expert at Technical Toolboxes, where strategies for drilling applications and market pricing were developed. As a board member of TWIST and a staff drilling engineer at ConocoPhillips, substantial cost reductions were achieved while enhancing vendor selection methodologies. Katia's earlier roles include drilling and well engineering at Schlumberger, focusing on directional drilling and real-time operation monitoring. Katia holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
