Kris Lal

Kris Lal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, development, and policy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Development & Commercial at Tāmaki Regeneration since March 2017, Kris has also undertaken roles such as General Manager for Policy, Communications, and Engagement, and served in several capacities including Policy Manager and Strategy Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Policy and Research Advisor at New Zealand Parliament, focusing on policy analysis in sectors like Land Information and Tertiary Education. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with First Class Honours in Public Policy from Massey University, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, History, and Economics from The University of Auckland, and has completed professional development in Government and Public Policy at Victoria University of Wellington.
