Luke Beirl

Luke Beirl is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in process improvement and pharmacy management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Lean Process Improvement at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital and Water's Edge Senior Living since June 2016, Luke Beirl has developed and implemented lean strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Luke Beirl held the position of Director of Lean Process Improvement at Memorial Medical Center from January 2014 to April 2018, and also worked as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist in a critical access rural hospital. Luke Beirl's career began as a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens from June 2011 to January 2014. Luke Beirl holds a Master of Business Administration in Rural Healthcare from The College of St. Scholastica and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
