Pallavi Gami is a seasoned professional in human resources and executive search, currently serving as the Head of Executive Search for APAC at Tamarind Executive Search since January 2022. With prior experience as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Infinity People, Pallavi has a strong background in senior leadership hiring across various industries including IT, retail, and consulting. Previous roles include leading HR at Meena Bazaar, and managing total rewards and talent management at Concentrix, where responsibilities encompassed employee life cycle management, compensation & benefits, performance management, and diversity initiatives. Pallavi began their career at GENPACT, performing various operational and recruitment roles. Educational qualifications include a degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and hotel management credentials from IHM Ahmedabad.
