Dattatray Arekar has worked in various roles since 2007. Dattatray began as an Administrative Assistant at Digital World in 2007. In 2014, they became a Web Content Manager at Cygnus IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Three years later, they were promoted to Game Developer at the same company. In 2020, they worked as an HTML5 Game Developer at Freak X Apps and Platanista. The following year, they were an HTML5 Game Developer at Hefty Brains. Currently, they are a Game Development Consultant at Tamasha.live.

Dattatray Arekar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NSS College of Computer Science between 2004 and 2007.
