Heather Matjasic

Heather Matjasic joins the Fifth Avenue Family Office as a Fund Administrator of the Tamiami Angel Funds, which are member-managed investment funds that allow high-net-worth individuals and families to invest in promising early-stage and expansion-stage companies located in the U.S. with a preference to those in Florida.

Matjasic is responsible for the Tamiami Angel Fund’s operational support and administration to the Executive Committee and Members. Matjasic’s support relieves members from the extensive administrative burden associated with the evaluation of investment opportunities, structuring of investments, legal closing of investments, and monitoring portfolio company progress. She manages T4’s deal flow, arranging and running all investor meetings, onboarding investors, and maintaining all documentation and compliance procedures.

Matjasic brings 20+ years of business experience to Tamiami Angel Funds. She has worked in operations for multiple college football teams, NFL teams, & remote tv operations for ESPN / ABC Sports.

She has also consulted in all areas of business for startups, in facility and lab operations in biotech, and has consulted in a variety of other disciplines for companies across the country.

Matjasic received a business degree in Sports Industry from Ohio University. She is also completing a Business Analytics Specialization Certification from Wharton.
