Ayman Altammami

Ayman Altammami serves as the Deputy CEO at Tamkeen Human Resource since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ayman held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Saudi Manpower Solutions Co. (SMASCO) from December 2013 to May 2024, having also served as Business Sector General Manager and General Manager for the Central Region during this time. Ayman's career includes experience as eServices Promotion & Marketing Manager at Elm Company, where responsibilities involved developing marketing strategies and managing communication for the Ministry of Interior (MOI). Ayman was also the Digital Media Director at Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG) and the Support Services Manager at Alkhaleejiah (SRMG), overseeing operations across various support functions. Earlier in the career, Ayman worked at Almarai Company in multiple IT roles, including Business Project Manager for SAP HCM. Ayman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from King Saud University, obtained in 2002.
