Fares AlHenaki

Fares AlHenaki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As Co-Founder and CEO of Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) since January 2018, Fares also serves as Executive Committee Chairman and Board Member at the same organization. In 2024, Fares became a Member of the National Committee for Recruitment Companies. Additionally, Fares holds the position of Executive Director and Board Member at Eraf Medical Company and serves as General Manager at Open Technology, both roles established in 2023 and 2020 respectively. Fares AlHenaki earned a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Saud University.
