Jeremy Baer has a strong background in manufacturing and analytics. Jeremy started their career in 2010 as a Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager at TAMKO, where they successfully managed projects to improve manufacturing processes. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Director of Asphalt Processing, where they oversaw the operations and quality control of asphalt manufacturing.
