Federico Rosato

Federico Rosato currently serves as a Strategy and Analytics Fellow at the Tampa Bay Rays, having transitioned to this role in November 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Sustainability Intern at Versalis, where performance monitoring through reporting was a key responsibility, and a Digital Marketing Intern role at Rougj. From January 2018 to August 2022, Federico worked as a Skiing Instructor for the ski racing team Silvaplana Champfèr, focusing on social, professional, technical, and organizational skills. Additional experience includes a logistics internship at CONSLOG SRL, where time and method analysis were performed, and work-related learning at Intesa Sanpaolo, which provided foundational banking skills and exposure to business model development. Federico holds an MBA in Sports Studies from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Laurea triennale in Business Administration from Università Bocconi. Educational background also includes a diploma from Liceo Classico Statale Tito Livio.
