Sterling Bright

Sterling Bright is a skilled communications professional currently serving as a Communications Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Rays since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Hank Aaron Fellow with the Atlanta Braves from July 2021 to July 2023 and as a Reporter for Major League Baseball from March 2021 to July 2021. Sterling also contributed as a Technical Consultant for the National Association of Black Journalists from August 2020 to July 2021 and as an Information Technology Specialist at Florida A&M University from May 2018 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Assistant Sports Editor for The Famuan and completing an internship in Information Technology at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Sterling holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned in 2020.
