Shannan Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and public relations. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library since August 2020, Shannan previously held the position of Director of Community Affairs at American Addiction Centers - River Oaks, where responsibilities included developing strategies to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
