Tiffany Smith

Tiffany Smith is currently a FSS Counselor at Tampa Housing Authority, where Tiffany recruits, interviews, and screens prospective participants for the program. Tiffany provides counseling and guidance to Section 8 clients, identifies needs and barriers, and develops individual service plans. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked as a FSS Case Manager and Bridges Home Visitor, where Tiffany planned recruitment, analyzed grant requirements, documented program success, and introduced early literacy to children ages 0-4. Tiffany also has experience as an Advanced Technician at Hillsborough Community College and as a Customer Service Representative at American Eagle Credit Union. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography/Mathematics from Florida State University.
