Shannon J. Boos

Shannon J. Boos, RPL, has extensive experience in airport and transportation operations, currently serving as Senior Manager for Terminal Operations and Ground Transportation at Tampa International Airport since December 2012. Previous roles at Tampa International Airport include Senior Manager of the Airport Operations Center, Training Specialist, and Manager of the Airport Operations Center. Prior to this, Shannon J. Boos was a Regional Duty Officer for the Florida Highway Patrol from September 2004 to December 2012 and worked as a Telecommunicator II / 9-1-1 Dispatcher at the Plant City Police Department from August 2002 to September 2004. Educational qualifications include studies at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and Polk State College.
