Herman Perdomo Jr, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Herman started their career at JCPenney in 1986 as a Department Manager. In 1987, they transitioned to Lincoln Savings Bank as an Account Manager. From 1988 to 1989, they worked at Coors Brewing Company as an Area Sales Manager.

Perdomo then returned to Coors Brewing Company in 1990 and held the position of Retail Account Manager until 1994. Herman then became the Oklahoma State Manager from 1994 to 1996, followed by the role of Category Manager from 1996 to 1998.

In 1998, Perdomo joined Perrier Group of America as a Category Zone Manager and remained in that position until 2001. Herman then joined Miller Brewing Company as a Distributor Sales Manager in 2001 and later became a Retail Sales Manager/DSM from 2003 to 2008.

In 2009, Perdomo joined Tampico Beverages as the Vice President Southwest and also took on the role of Vice President West Region. Their tenure at Tampico Beverages continues to the present, and they have contributed significantly to the company's success.
