Nguyen Hai, PfMP, PMP, PSM

Nguyen Hai has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nguyen started their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at FPT Software, where they managed meetings, designed solutions, and implemented them using Java. Nguyen then joined FPT Japan Holdings in 2014 as a Bridge Engineer, where they served as a communication channel between the development team in Vietnam and clients in Japan. Nguyen also managed project timelines, reported to clients, and monitored project performance.

In 2016, Nguyen Hai joined Evolable Asia CO., LTD. as a Senior Bridge Engineer. Here, they interacted with Japanese customers, developed suitable solutions, and led a team to apply and further improve these solutions. Nguyen also ensured the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

In 2019, Nguyen Hai became a Division Manager at Rikkeisoft, where they were responsible for tracking and managing projects. Nguyen hosted project review and retrospective meetings and motivated team members to resolve conflicts and problems.
