Kapil Kerai

Kapil Kerai is a skilled recruitment consultant at Tandem Search, a global professional services search firm formed from the merger of Bluefin Talent and NSI Talent, since February 2022. Previously, Kapil served as the operations manager at Cementers Limited from April 2017 to September 2021, overseeing production and logistics for various construction materials and managing international procurement. Kapil's career began as a sales executive at Eland Cables in the UK Wholesale Division and included roles such as export assistant at Nasco (UK) Ltd and technical duty officer at the UK Ministry of Defence. Earlier experiences also include an internship at TPS EA Ltd (Serena Hotels) and a comprehensive internship at Stanbic Bank Uganda.
