Riya D'Souza

Riya D'Souza is a Senior Associate at Tandem Search since August 2022, specializing in the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber strategy consultants for top-tier firms such as BCG and Bain & Co. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate and Research Intern, as well as a Field Engineer at Perfect Metal, where Riya contributed to the problem analysis and solution design of industrial operations using CAD technology, resulting in significant improvements in energy efficiency and product durability. Riya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from GEMS Education.
