Aaron Picozzi

Aaron Picozzi is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Tandem Workforce, where Aaron focuses on transforming entry-level jobs into Tandem Jobs to fill workforce gaps. Prior to this, Aaron served as the President of ADTC and Vice President of Sales at Nbi, LLC. Aaron also has experience as a Risk Broker at All Risks, Ltd and has served in the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Army National Guard. Aaron has a Masters of Science in Quantitative Management from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Aaron also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from American Military University.
