Sven Schindele

Sven Schindele, CFA, serves as the Managing Director of Corporate Development at Tandem Bank, where responsibilities include leading M&A, capital raises, and inorganic growth activities, alongside overseeing pricing, capital allocation, and ESG reporting. With a history of progressive leadership at Tandem, Sven has also held roles such as Director of Corporate Development, Banking Products Director, Head of Banking Products, and Senior Product Manager in Banking. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager for Credit Cards at HSBC and Senior Marketing Manager at Santander UK. Sven holds a B.A. in European Social and Political Studies from UCL and pursued additional studies in Economics and International Relations at the Università di Bologna.
