Carlos Luis L. Fernandez

Carlos Luis L. Fernandez serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Philippine Airlines since March 2022. In addition, Carlos holds the position of Partner at Laguesma Magsalin Fernandez & Quirolgico Law Offices and has multiple roles as Corporate Secretary at Sabre Travel Network Philippines, PNB Holdings Corporation, and Air Philippines Corporation since 2021, as well as at Tanduay Distillers Inc. since 2019. Carlos also acts as Legal Counsel for the Lasallian East Asia District. Prior to current engagements, Carlos was a Partner at Laguesma Magsalin Consulta & Gastardo Law Offices from July 2001 to October 2021. Carlos completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at San Beda College.
