Roberto Gracia has a diverse background in security and protection. Roberto began their career in the US Army, serving as a Sergeant and Reconnaissance Specialist for almost a decade. After leaving the military, they worked as a Private Military/Security Contractor and Close Protection Officer for ArmorGroup International, focusing on Latin America. Roberto then joined the Tarrant County Sheriff's Department, where they served as a Sergeant and later as a Lieutenant in various roles, including Jail Administrations and Special Response Team Commander. In 2010, they transitioned to the private sector, becoming the Director of Safety and Security at Grace Church. Roberto later joined Pinkerton | Corporate Risk Management Services as a Senior Close Executive Protection Specialist, working as an Executive Protection Officer, Security Consultant, and Private Investigator. Since 2014, they have also served as the Director of Operations for Mexico and Latin America at Tangent Group International. In 2016, they became the Chief Protection Officer (HUMINT) at Identity Withheld Ltd.
Roberto Gracia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a focus on Global and Public Affairs from Universidad Internacional de la Integración de América Latina (UNIVAL) in Leon, Nicaragua. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained various certifications, including being a licensed private investigator in Texas and having completed training in security, emergency response tactics, firearms, and personal protection. Roberto has also received leadership development training from the US Army.
