Sharlene Narain

Sharlene Narain is an experienced Automation Business Analyst currently at Tangent Solutions since September 2023, focusing on stakeholder collaboration to identify automation project needs. Previously, Sharlene worked as an Analyst Tester at FNZ Group, where intensive training was undertaken to understand systems and document user-focused solutions. Sharlene also served as a Senior Business Analyst at EOH for seven years, facilitating interviews and gathering business requirements. Earlier roles include a Business Intelligence Analyst at Discovery Health, and Oracle Developer positions at SCMB and Eskom, managing complex systems and enhancing application functionality. Sharlene holds an Honours BSc in Computer Science from University of Durban Westville and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Asoka Secondary.
