Caroline has over 20 years of experience in digital experience and platform development. She has led diverse projects from the delivery of HSBC.com to the redesign of the IWG customer portal app. She has also worked on several service design projects for the likes of the Co-operative and Dulux. Caroline is a certified SCRUM master.
