Tim Pletcher has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in the HDPE plastic market. Currently at Tangent Technologies, Tim specializes in sales of recycled HDPE profiles, sheeting, and products while advocating for sustainable alternatives to wood. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Triumvirate Environmental, where Tim focused on the plastics composite division, and various marketing and sales positions at companies such as Poly-Wood Lumber and Trex Outdoor Furniture, where Tim developed e-commerce strategies and online branding. Tim’s educational background includes studies in marketing and organizational leadership from Ivy Tech Community College and Connexions Leadership Academy, along with sales training from Tom Hopkins.
