Jodi Crotty

Jodi Crotty, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jodi started their career as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at Guy M. Turner, Inc., where they processed payroll and administered employee benefits. Jodi then worked at TIMCO as a Payroll Specialist, handling all aspects of payroll and performing administrative duties. Jodi later became a Human Resources Generalist II, responsible for coordinating compensation and group health benefits programs. Jodi also served as a Corporate Human Resources Administrator, providing assistance and training to corporate staff. At Deco Lav, Inc., Jodi served as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing office management, administrative functions, and employee relations. Jodi then worked at Forsyth Technical Community College as an Adjunct Instructor. Currently, Jodi is employed at Tanger Outlets as an HR/People Director and HR Business Partner, responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, and coaching managers. Throughout their career, Jodi has shown expertise in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefit administration, and job design.

Jodi Crotty, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations and Business Sector from High Point University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In June 2017, Jodi obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
