Tezmin L. has extensive experience in design operations and user experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Design Operations at Tangerine since July 2016. Prior to joining Tangerine, Tezmin L. worked at IBM Canada Ltd. for two decades, holding the position of Managing Consultant in User Experience within IBM Interactive Experience (IBMiX).
