Tom Hancock - Cfci

Tom Hancock is the Director of Financial Economic Crimes, Collections, and Account Recovery at Tangerine Bank, a position held since January 2012. In this role, Tom Hancock manages the bank's fraud detection, prevention, and investigation strategies, as well as overseeing the account recovery team responsible for collections on delinquent accounts and assets lost to fraud. Prior to this, from December 2004 to January 2012, Tom Hancock served as the Manager of the Global Security - Special Investigations Unit at TD Bank Group.
