M. Ivan Zlatar

M. Ivan Zlatar has extensive work experience in the telecommunications and technology industry.

M. Ivan started their career at Bell Northern Research/Nortel Networks in 1994, where they worked on custom development of switching capabilities and was responsible for test strategies, automated test functions, and debugging.

At Nortel Networks, they held various managerial positions, including Senior Manager of GSM/UMTS R4 System Integration, Manager of GSM/UMTS R4 Core Network Integration and Media Gateway Validation, and Manager of Global Services Platform Verification. In these roles, they led teams in the development, integration, and deployment of mobile network solutions and was accountable for verification and validation processes.

Zlatar then joined Prodea Systems in 2007, where they served as Director of Network Operations and Support, Senior Director of Global Operations and Integration, and VP of IoT Service Operations and Integration. M. Ivan was responsible for operational capabilities and resources, IoT service integration, post-sales operational management, quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Currently, Zlatar is working at Tango Networks since 2018. M. Ivan held the role of VP Global Cloud Operations and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President responsible for Global Cloud Operations and Customer Experience Management. In this role, they expanded their leadership responsibilities to include product and customer experience management, leveraging customer relationships and feedback for product development.

Throughout their career, Zlatar has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing operational transformations, M&A integrations, and procedural convergences. M. Ivan has a track record of ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing innovative operational controls, and aligning operational processes with business models and customer engagement strategies.

M. Ivan Zlatar holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University.
