Pavel Maister

Pavel Maister currently serves as the Partnerships Team Lead at Tango, a social live-streaming app with over 400 million downloads, since March 2023. Prior to this, Pavel was the Head of Digital Performance at affiliaXe.com from January 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included driving digital marketing activities and managing teams. Pavel's experience also includes a role as Marketing Team Lead at Leader-Media, overseeing creative teams and digital content management, and as a Marketing Project Manager at ISRAEL ONLINE TRAVEL, where strategic marketing execution and partnership building were key focuses. Pavel began a career at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries in the U.A.V Division from April 2007 to April 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing from Ariel University and leadership training at QUATRO Leadership Lab and UCLA Extension.
