Anne Gildea-Olt

Anne Gildea-Olt, SHRM-SCP, MILR has extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Anne currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Tangoe, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at LeanSwift Inc from October 2020 to August 2022. From July 2018 to October 2020, Anne worked as a Human Resources Consultant & Business Partner at Strategic HRM Solutions, LLC.

Before that, they held key leadership roles at Epicor Software Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Senior Director. During their time at Epicor, Anne led global HR business partner teams, partnering with the executive leadership team to drive transformational change and operational excellence.

Earlier in their career, Anne worked as the Director of Human Resources at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where they directed HR initiatives at the headquarters office and provided consultancy to agency leaders.
