Tricia Proctor

Tricia Proctor is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and service delivery, currently serving as Operations Manager at Tangoe since 2009. Tricia has held multiple titles within Tangoe, including Service Delivery Manager and Team Lead in Service Excellence, reflecting a deep commitment to enhancing service operations. Before Tangoe, Tricia worked at Ansonia Board of Education as a tutor in the Math and Reading Department and spent a decade at GE in various roles within Human Resources and Corporate Legal. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Post University, further supplemented by education at Southern Connecticut State University.
